Persona

Eliecer Jiménez Almeida

Synopsis

A prostrate old man. An absent son. A Catholic gravedigger and ex-convict who doesn't receive social forgiveness. A mother who suffers the loss of her son, disappeared at sea, trying to reach the United States. A writer determined to go into self-exile at home, out of cultural resistance, feeling his singularity suffocated. Five individualities, five intimate stories, united and indivisible only by the human condition. Everything takes place in a common day in which five people without an official social voice speak and show their lives.
