The Right to be Lazy is a documentary on Andrés Viciedo, a Cuban actor and poet who was linked to the renowned group Teatro Estudio and its director Vicente Revuelta. His life has been spent in two apparently distant spaces: the Cuban intellectual scene and street theater, but his rebellious philosophy sabotages establishing himself in society as a conventional artist. For the last ten years he has decided to work in the street, embodying as a living statue a famous character: The Knight of Paris.
