Programmed almost entirely in 'online' format, the II Instar Film Festival, organized by artist Tania Bruguera's Hannah Arendt Institute of Artivism, will be held from December 4 to 11 with a program consisting of 11 thematic cycles, a retrospective dedicated to Manuel Marzel and three special presentations.
The exhibition will feature 41 films, 33 of them made during 2019 by Cuban directors and another 6 from Mexico, Dominican Republic, Colombia and Spain. Instructions on how to participate and the cost of each screening can be found on this page.
